Food insecurity continues to affect thousands of households across Missouri. Rising housing costs, medical expenses, job loss, and inflation can make it difficult for families to consistently access nutritious food. Many families are forced to make difficult decisions between groceries, utilities, and other essential needs.
Through the HEARTMO nonprofit initiative, HEART Empowers works to provide practical support to individuals and families facing these challenges. Our goal is not only to deliver immediate food assistance but also to help strengthen long-term community support systems.
