Hope Empowers All Reaching Together (HEART) HEART offers community support programs focused on food, clothing, and essential resources to individuals and families across Texas ,Missouri and Ohio.

At HEART, our programs are designed to meet essential needs while building stronger, more sustainable communities.

We provide support through food assistance, clothing programs, essential resources, and community-based outreach across the communities we serve.

Food Support

We provide emergency pantry assistance to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity through community outreach and distribution efforts.
Support includes:
• Pantry boxes with shelf-stable food
• Emergency food assistance

Clothing Support

We are expanding our programs to include clothing assistance, helping individuals and families access everyday essentials and seasonal items.
