About the event

This year, we are hosting two events:
• Missouri – May 31st
• Texas – June 13th (Father’s Day weekend)

These cookouts are more than just meals, they are spaces where individuals and families can gather, feel supported, and connect with their community.

Come for the food. Stay for the experience.

Each event will include:
🍔 Fresh food & drinks
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly activities
• Kids activities like coloring, games, and more
🎶 Music & good vibes
• A welcoming, safe environment
🎁 Giveaways & community support

In Texas, our cookout will also include a special focus on celebrating and uplifting dads and father figures in honor of Father’s Day.

To ensure we can best serve our community, attendance will be limited and available by sign-up only. Once a request is submitted, event details will be shared with confirmed attendees based on availability.

While many supporters choose to “pay it forward” with a suggested $10 donation to help cover a meal, no donation is required to attend.

All proceeds help support local families and future HEART programs.
Some families donate. Some eat free.
Sponsors help cover the difference, so everyone can be part of it.
